The Terms and Conditions listed below have been drafted by Magnolia Trendy SL (hereinafter, MAGNOLIA TRENDY) to provide users of the website www.magnolyacollection.com, permanently, easily and free of charge, with clear, understandable, unequivocal and truthful information about the conditions that regulate the sale of our products through our website.

To purchase products through the website www.magnolyacollection.com , the user must read and accept these General Conditions of Purchase, so that the purchase process cannot be completed without their acceptance.

To make purchases through the website www.magnolyacollection.com it is not necessary to register. The user can choose the product(s) they wish to purchase so that once their purchase has been accepted, they will be added to the "Shopping Cart".

MAGNOLIA TRENDY will not be responsible for any delays that occur due to the user's absence at the time when delivery is attempted. Therefore, in order to avoid this type of problem, we recommend that users provide a delivery address where they can be available to deliver the product.

Purchases made through our website will be delivered to customers within an average of approximately 4 business days.

Without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the delivery times indicated shall be indicative and may vary depending on the destination or due to insufficient stock in our warehouses or those of our suppliers. In any case, the maximum period for executing the order will be 10 working days from the day following the date of purchase.

Expenses arising from failure to report the incident in the manner and within the specified time periods shall be borne by the user.

The prices of the products offered through our website are shown in euros only. The final amount to be paid by the user will appear on the page of each product and will always include the Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate in force at any given time, and any other taxes that may apply.

However, for purchases made from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, VAT will be deducted from the price of the products, but the amount corresponding to the applicable taxes must be added, as well as, where applicable, tariffs or customs fees that will be borne by the buyer.

Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be €5.90, an amount that must be added to the price of each product purchased by the buyer.

MAGNOLIA TRENDY reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice the products offered on this website as well as the sales prices and other conditions or promotions.

In the event that MAGNOLIA TRENDY is unable to execute the purchase contract with the user due to the requested item not being available, we will inform you of this lack of availability before finalizing the purchase, on the product page itself and, in any case, by email once we receive your purchase request. If we have not informed you of this and the user has purchased a product that we do not have available, they may recover the amount paid as soon as possible and in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days.

However, before proceeding with the return, in the best interest of the user, we will offer the possibility of sending you an item with similar characteristics or of higher quality, without increasing the price.

In this case, the user may exercise their rights of withdrawal and termination under the same terms as if it were the item initially requested, without being required to pay the direct costs of return.

MAGNOLIA TRENDY is not a manufacturer but rather operates as a seller, therefore the contractual guarantee offered is that specified by its manufacturer, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

To make use of the guarantee, it is essential that the user retains the document or proof of purchase that MAGNOLIA TRENDY provides as well as the guarantee certificate (only for costume jewellery products).

In accordance with the provisions of article 116 of this Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, users are informed that the photographs of the products offered are for illustrative and indicative purposes only and may differ from the original. The descriptions and images of the items offered through the website www.magnolyacollection.com are not contractual but merely informative.

In the event that during the warranty period the item presents any defect or flaw, it must be notified immediately to MAGNOLIA TRENDY by sending an email to info@ magnolyacollection .com , so that we can manage the incident appropriately as soon as possible.

MAGNOLIA TRENDY will not assume any responsibility if the user has acted freely without the knowledge or authorization of the company to repair the incident, and any cost or damage will be assumed by the user.

The warranty does not cover defects, faults, damage or flaws in products that are due to incorrect use, negligence or normal wear and tear.

In any case, the warranty conditions and their exclusions are those established by each manufacturer of the products offered through our website.

The buyer has the right to cancel the contract (return the item purchased), notifying the other contracting party (MAGNOLIA TRENDY) within the period established for exercising this right indicated in this section, without having to justify his decision and without penalty of any kind.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal will not entail any expense for the consumer and user. However, in accordance with the provisions of article 101 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, it will be the buyer who assumes the costs of returning the purchased item.

In accordance with the provisions of article 71 of the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the user will have a period of seven working days from receipt of the article to exercise the right of withdrawal and be able to return the article that has been purchased.

In this case, MAGNOLIA TRENDY will respond by the same means informing the buyer of the procedures to follow for the return of the product.

In the event that the user has exercised the right of withdrawal, both parties must reciprocally return the services that were the subject of the contract, with their fruits and the price with interest, except for the exceptions provided for in the Civil Code.

Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised by the user, MAGNOLIA TRENDY will return the sums paid by the user without withholding expenses as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the withdrawal.

Without prejudice to the above, the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, will not apply, among others, to contracts for the supply of products made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.

Accordingly, we inform users that for obvious reasons of hygiene, costume jewelry products purchased through the website www.magnolyacollection.com cannot be returned.

Product returns
